Well...they say all good things eventually come to an end (or at least a hiatus).  This is one of those times.  

The curtains are drawing together and the house lights are coming up as the sun sets on 15 years of FOSSed, NELS, and TechnologyTeacher.ME.  Each year has been an amazing experience.  I've met so many wonderful people and learned so much over the years.  I'm truly grateful.

Life changes.  For me, my life changed a lot last summer (for the better). I'm also fresh out of ideas for now.  ;-)  I'm going to sit back this year, re-evaluate and see what comes next.  I've toyed with the idea of a student and teacher conference/camp....etc.  For now, as tough as it is to close the curtains on something that has been such a big part of my life for the past 15 years, I must take a break.

I've never been one to stay away for long.  I'm sure I'll be up to something else before too long.  Until then, please take advantage of the many other PD opportunities available to you from ACTEM and others.  Who knows?  Maybe I'll be a presenter at one of them!  :-)
